01. When the device is powered on or connected with a data cable, it cannot be cleaned. So before we start, we need to shut down the device to be cleaned, remove all peripherals, and disconnect the AC power. At the same time, remove the batteries of associated devices such as wireless keyboards.

02. We recommend that you wear disposable gloves when cleaning and disinfecting. Then mix 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water, cleaning with a cloth other than a microfiber cloth may damage your device. Moisten a microfiber cleaning cloth to clean. The cleaning cloth should be in a drip-free state. If the cleaning cloth is too wet, squeeze out excess water before wiping the device.

During the process, remember to wipe gently with your hands. When cleaning the monitor, it is recommended to wipe carefully in one direction, such as from the top to the bottom of the screen. Also, do not allow water to seep into the keyboard, the edges of the display panel, or the USB ports, as this may damage the internal parts of the device.

03. After cleaning, the surface of the device must be completely air-dried before powering on, and make sure there is no wet area visible to the naked eye, before powering on or connecting cables. Discard disposable gloves when cleaning is complete. Wash hands immediately after handling.
