Customer demand:
With a globally unified management server and network environment, the focus of daily work is on the standardized management of computer equipment.
Strictly implement the customer's IT operation and maintenance strategy and workflow, and maintain and manage the equipment in the network.
Mail system support.
Support for mobile office equipment.
Video conferencing system support. Invoicing management software, CRM assistance and support.
Senior Role plan:
Set up a two-person service team, first get familiar with the customer's on-site environment and understand the global IT operation and maintenance strategy.
The service division is clearly defined.
One engineer receives the fault request accepted by the service desk and provides remote support; the other engineer provides on-site service in response to user requests. Regularly summarize the on-site service experience, form a written work report, and report the desktop service situation to the user supervisor.
Provide early warning of cybersecurity fraud on a regular basis.
